Badges are required to be presented on arrival to gain access to the show.

How do I purchase an WSW Delegate Pass?

Bookings for the World Spa and Wellness Convention is now available. To purchase your WSW delegate pass you must first be registered for a free entrance ticket to Professional Beauty London. You will then be able to add your delegate dass to your basket. Click here to book your Delegate Pass.

How much is an WSW Delegate Pass?

  • 1 day delegate pass (Sun/Mon) - £219*
  • 2 day delegate pass - £329*
  • 1 day combined Convention & Awards ticket - £269*
  • 2 day combined Convention & Awards ticket - £379*
  • World Spa & Wellness 1 day Supplier pass - £1450*
  • World Spa & Wellness 2 day Supplier pass - £1920*

WSW London welcomes all industry professionals from the Spa and Hotel sector, including Spa professionals, established spa owners, leaders and team. 

What is the WSW about?

The World Spa & Wellness London Convention is Europe's leading conference for the global spa and wellness industry, filled with a mix of keynote sessions, panel discussions and interactive workshops, designed to offer insights and education for international spa leaders and their wider teams.

What is the entrance policy?

The WSW 2025 is a conference for professionals only. It is taking place at Professional Beauty London. A delegate pass is required for entry to the conference.

Due to the professional nature of the event, nobody under 14 years of age is allowed entry into Professional Beauty London. This includes babies, and prams are also not permitted on the premises. As a busy event, we need to maintain a safe and professional environment for our trade visitors. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Do I need a badge or ticket to access the show?

We have digital badges. Please come with your badge ready to show on your smartphone or printed. (Please note we will not be handing out badge holders). You will be able to view your tickets when you log in into the event platorm in the the 'My tickets' section of your profile. Click here to book your delgate pass / log back into your profile.

INTERNATIONAL VISITORS

Can you arrange my visa to attend the WSW?

We can arrange Visa letters but only once you have purchased your ticket. Please get in touch with [email protected]

Is it worthwhile for me to come to the WSW and IMF?

The World Spa & Wellness Convention, and International Manufacturers Forum are two key areas that attract international interest, and with the seminars amongst many other exciting features, it is one of the best shows to see the extensive area of beauty ans spa in one place.

Is there a parking facility?

ACCESS & FACILITIES

Can I access an internet connection?

There is free wifi at the ExCeL which is suitable for browsing, social media, and email. When you arrive at the venue, you just need to sign in to '_ExCeL FREE Wi-Fi'.

What disabled facilities are available at ExCeL?

Are pushchairs allowed into the exhibition halls?

No. Professional Beauty London is a Trade Only event. Children are not admitted. All visitors are strongly recommended to find alternative childcare arrangements for their children.

Will there be anywhere to buy food while I'm at the exhibition?

There are food facilities within the show halls and many food venues at ExCel to suit all tastes.
